Is in the fantastic Maldivian archipelago that “Blue In Maldives Diving & Sailing” started as pioneer in the Cruises in 1987 around the atolls dedicated to a diver clientele in search for an exceptional diving vacation.

In 1997 launch the Dive & Water Sports Center on Hembadhu island now the beautiful Vivanta by Taj Coral Reef Resort. The center is professionally equipped for teaching diving and water sports to any level, with our multilingual team.

More than 20 years of experience focalized to transmit our love for the sea to our international clientele showing them the incomparable beauty of the Indian Ocean always set to surprise with the wealth of its landscapes, the stunning dive adventures, and the emotions of thrilling encounters.

Antonella can truly transmit her passion and enthusiasm for the Maldivian sea, she dedicated her life to the Maldives with her husband Massimo.

Massimo a pioneer in diving around the Maldives, few diving points in the Maldives are unknown for him, unique experience in leading diving and running safari cruises.

Franky a truly English Instructor with a great passion for the Maldives and a very appealing character.

Jennifer a real German Instructor with the feminine charisma of a school teacher is well inserted in the team.

Scott a friendly and experienced instructor, joined the Blue In team in 2009. Many guests remind his cheerfulness attitude.

Kabir our compressor boy will never leave a guest without his support, many years with the Blue In team he is a pillar of the base

Shyiam one of the most experienced Maldivian captain; he can drive his speed boat without the support of any gps or compass. He has a big passion for fishing and with the support of professional fishing equipment, is giving great emotions to the guests.

Niyaz is one of the youngest of the team and a great captain as well… guiding the snorkeling trip as a fish leader, everybody appreciate his professional shy style.

Diving Dhoni Crew Captain and his boys are a great help for the preparation of the boat diving. The captain has a long experience to follow the bubbles of the divers to be ready at their exit.
